Loofah lamp XL

This special lamp is completely made of natural material. The designers came up with a whole new way to bring this amazing plant into your home. The incredibly detailed surface almost feels like coral or some other precious material from the sea.

Once the loofah plant can be harvested, they carefully select the best and largest specimens. After a good rinsing and drying session in the sun, the women of a refugee support group in Egypt cut the pieces into shape and stitch them together. Now they are ready for a new fantastic life as magical lampshades.
